Install Coordinator (Permits & Scheduling)

 

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: In-office (Park Ridge, NJ)

 

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Install Coordinator (Permits & Scheduling) to support our office operations. This role focuses on permit processing, inspection scheduling, warranty registration, and communication with customers, technicians, and office staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and track permit applications with local municipalities
  • Follow up on permit status and inspections
  • Communicate with customers to schedule inspections and provide updates
  • Coordinate with technicians and internal office staff
  • Register product warranties and follow up as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide general administrative and office support as required

Qualifications:

  • Prior administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and follow‑up skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, document management)
